DELIVERY LOCATIONS

The Stylish Dancer make deliveries in Australia and New Zealand via pick up (Strathpine or at advertised locations) or post (utilising Austrlia Post).

 

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at thestylishdanceraus@gmail.com

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched on Saturday. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

 Orders are sent at a standard postage rate of $9.95 per item at checkout

For Brisbane based customers a pickup option is available, and address will be supplied upon completion of order or option to pick up from advertised locations can be arranged.

 

POSTAGE TO NEW ZEALAND

Orders are sent at a standard postage rate of $32.30 per item at checkout

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Only items purchased on The Stylish Dancer website can be returned for store credit or exchange up to 21 days post-delivery. 

The returned item must be unworn and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

If you wish to exchange your item due to incorrect sizing. The items must be returned up to 14 days post delivery and full shipping cost is at the expense of the customer. Please ensure you return your purchased item to:

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online contact The Stylish Dancer immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
